Who’s the Real King of the Workshop?

It’s time to swap your wrench for a racing helmet and battle
it out on the track! The Pro Karts Automotive Challenge is your chance
to take on other local workshops in a high-speed, team endurance karting race
that’s all about speed, strategy, and team spirit.

Who Can Enter?

This one’s just for the auto legends:

• Mechanics
• Auto Electricians
• Panel Beaters
• Car Painters
• Car Yards
• Tyre Shops
• Detailers
• Auto parts and trade suppliers

If you fix it, paint it, sell it, or soup it up – this is
your race.

How It Works

• Teams of 3–5 people share one kart.
• Entry is $260 per team – and includes:
• 200-lap team relay race
• Practice session
• Pizza and drinks
• Custom trophy for the winners
• Massive bragging rights in the workshop

Smaller team? Get more drive time. Bigger team? Split the
cost. Your call.

The Race Format

This is a relay-style endurance challenge built for
motorsport-minded tradies.

• Minimum 11 pit
  stops per team
• Miss a stop? Disqualified!
• Deliberate contact = penalty stop
• 3 warnings = extra stop = time lost

Smart racing and slick pit strategy matter just as much as
raw speed.

What the Night Looks Like

• 5:40PM – Arrival & Check-In
• 6:00PM – Safety Briefing + Practice Laps
• 6:20PM – Green flag drops
• ~8:15PM – Race finish, prizegiving, photos

We’ll walk you through everything, give you warm-up laps to
test the kart, and then it’s go time. Expect friendly competition, plenty of
laughs, and a bit of banter between rival shops.

Pit Crew Catering

We keep your team fueled with hot pizzas and light
refreshments throughout the night – because racers need good kai, too.

First team across the line (with all pit stops done right)
takes home the custom-branded Automotive Challenge trophy – and earns
the title of fastest crew in the auto game.

Limited to 13 Teams

It’s first in, first served, and once the grid’s
full, that’s it. Teams from this year get first dibs on next year’s race, so
