It's time to put your team’s skills to the test – not in the
workshop, but on the kart track! The Pro Karts Engineers Challenge is a
high-octane endurance race where engineering minds and manufacturing muscle go
head-to-head in a fast, fun, and competitive team format.

• Machinists
• Technical

• Manufacturing

• Suppliers & Trade Reps

Whether you’re running CAD or CNC, building, designing, or
supplying – this is your night to take the wheel.

How It Works

• Teams of 3–5 people share one kart.
• Entry is just $260 per team.
• What’s included:
• 200-lap relay-style team race
• Practice session for all drivers
• Pizza & drinks throughout the evening
• A custom event trophy for the winning team
• And, of course, ultimate bragging rights

Whether you're a tight trio or a full five-man crew, the
format works for everyone – more laps per driver, or more mates to share the
fun.

Race Format & Flow

This is a non-stop, relay-style endurance race where
tactics and teamwork count just as much as throttle control.

• 11 minimum pit stops required
• Fail to complete them = disqualified
• Contact or unsportsmanlike driving = penalties
• Three warnings = extra pit stop = time lost

Smart driving and smart timing are the keys to the podium.

Event Schedule

• 5:30 PM – Arrival & Check-In
• 6:00 PM – Safety Briefing & Practice Laps
• 6:20 PM – Main Race Begins
• ~8:15 PM – Finish Line, Prizegiving & Photos

We’ll run you through the safety rules, get each driver a
quick practice run, and then it’s straight into the 200-lap showdown.

We know engineers like things to run efficiently – so we’ve
got hot pizzas and drinks sorted to keep your team fuelled and focused
from green light to chequered flag.
