Get your crew out from behind the bar and onto the track!
The Pro Karts Battle of the Bars is an after-hours karting showdown
where local bars, cafés, restaurants, and hospo teams go wheel-to-wheel in a
fast-paced, fun, and fiercely competitive endurance race.

Who Can Enter?

If you work in hospitality – you’re in! This event is for:

• Bars & Nightclubs
• Cafés & Coffee Shops
• Restaurants
• Food Trucks & Catering Crews
• Brewery & Distillery Staff
• Hospitality Suppliers & Reps

Whether you’re slinging cocktails, pouring pints, or plating
up five-star meals – this is your time to shine (and maybe smash a lap record
or two).

How It Works

• Enter a team of 3–5 staff members.
• $260 per team – includes:
• 200-lap endurance relay race
• Practice session for all drivers
• Pizza and drinks all night long
• A custom trophy for the winners
• And of course – the glory of being the fastest bar in town

Bring fewer drivers for more seat time or more mates to
spread the fun. Either way, your team’s in for an epic night.

The Race Format

This is a relay-style endurance race where strategy,
timing, and a little friendly rivalry can make all the difference.

• Minimum 11 pit stops per team
• Miss a pit stop = instant disqualification
• Deliberate contact = penalty stop
• Three warnings = extra pit stop (about 1 lap lost)

No two races are the same – it’s fast, intense, and wildly
entertaining!

Event Night Schedule

• 5:30 PM – Arrival & Check-In
• 6:00 PM – Safety Briefing & Practice
• 6:20 PM – Race Start
• ~8:15 PM – Race Finish, Trophies & Team Photos

We kick off with a briefing and practice laps so everyone’s
ready to go. Then it's game on – 200 laps of adrenaline-fueled action.

Drinks, Food & Vibes

We’ll keep your team fuelled with hot pizzas and
refreshments during the event – just like a good night service, but with
helmets and horsepower.

Race to the Top

First team to 200 laps (with all pit stops completed) takes
home the Battle of the Bars trophy – custom-designed and ready to sit
proudly in your venue.

Limited to 13 Teams
